Getting Started

The first thing you will need is to choose your primary game creation tool.

Game Programming Languages

  • PlayBasic is 2D game programming language. You can download the free learning edition of PlayBasic at the official PlayBasic website PlayBasic
  • Note, other languages will be supported soon.

Examples

All game programming languages come with an example folder where you will find examples of what the software is capable of.

  1. Start PlayBasic
  2. In the top pull-down menu, click on File and choose Open Project.
  3. The examples are located in the Examples folder.
